Company Values |

| BRD recognises how limited the UK's land resource is and that all efforts must be made to regenerate former industrial areas. We are proud to be involved in the reclamation of brownfield sites and thereby help to preserve our countryside heritage. |

| BRD prides itself on the close working relationships developed with all our clients and are always keen that communication is provided at all stages of the project to ensure that the client's expectations and requirements are met. |

| BRD aims to assist clients in maximising existing assets on their sites and where possible realise value from the land development. |

| BRD believes in involving the regulatory bodies from the outset of each project to ensure that they are committed to the proposed solution and therefore avoid delays at a later date. This approach is welcomed by the regulators and is echoed in their comments regarding the works conducted by BRD, for example: |
 |
| Environment Agency, September 2004 - We would like to thank BRD for their co-operation and professional approach in dealing with the contamination issues on this site and the excellent work that has been carried out. |
 |
| Local Authority, April 2005 - Having considered the remediation completion report I am happy to say that its thorough approach and iterative breakdown of investigations fully satisfy this Council's current concerns regarding contamination. |
 |
| NHBC, June 2005 - Thank you for keeping me up to date with developments here. Your efficient service is noted. |

| BRD believes that commitment to the health and safety of its employees, clients, suppliers and the wider community is of paramount importance. |

| With the knowledge of our staff being the key to providing excellent customer service, BRD are committed to investment in training. Technical training is provided through exchange of knowledge within the organisation together with attendance at conferences and courses. Particular emphasis is placed on health and safety training and all employees are actively encouraged to become first aid qualified. In addition to training, BRD has a strong belief in maintaining a positive work life balance and organises regular social events for staff members to enhance the strength of our team. |

| BRD has a strong belief in giving back to the community that supports it. On a rotating annual basis individual employees take turns in nominating a local charity to receive a share of BRD profits. Over recent years BRD have proudly supported Talking Newspapers for the Blind, Katherine House Hospice, Banbury Young Homelessness Project and The Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust. |
